This completely integrated system incorporates the sewing head and base to allow precise control and easy, on-the-job adjustment. The result is maximum durability and performance, minimum downtime and operating expense. UNITED'S Model NR® Tape Edge Machine accurately positions the needle to within 5/32" of the edge to produce flawlessly tailored mattresses. Note: There are a number of options to bring your existing UNITEDâ machinery up to todays standard of thicker mattresses. Through R&D we have been able to design two machine specific adapter kits to allow existing machinery, that only allow for an 11" sew height, to be able to handle todays thicker mattresses. By raising the sewing head to accomodate sewing heights ranging from 16" up to 21" this eliminates the need to buy a new machine. * Call us today
